01. Discovery
Focus on understanding the needs and challenges of both buyers and agents. Michelle and Brian are first-time homebuyers navigating listings, while Myra is preparing for an open house. Insights are gathered from their experiences and app interactions.
02. Define
Define key problems: Buyers need an easy way to organize home tours and connect with agents; agents need to manage multiple buyers efficiently. Opportunities for digital solutions are identified, such as using iBeacons for personalized engagement.







03. Develop
Prototype and test solutions, including app wireframes and user flows. Gather feedback from users (buyers and agents) to refine features like iBeacon notifications and app interactions.
04. Deliver
Finalize the product for launch, ensuring smooth iBeacon functionality during open houses. Monitor post-launch feedback for continuous improvement and support.
